Department code

If you have been given a special department code then select this option

Employee Number

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

The employee number of the user - This is obtained from HR

Agency Name

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

What is the name of the agency that this user works for?

Subcontractor Company Name

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

What is the company name of the subcontractor (Not the name of an individual)

Agency Financial reference number

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

The reference number of the agency within our financial system

Branch Name

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

What branch will you be working from? example: Birmingham, London

Line Manager

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

The name or email address of the users line manager

Start of employement

The date that the engineer is due to start employement

Static or Mobile?

Static Engineer

Mobile Engineer

Mobile engineers work on multiple contracts and sites. Static engineers work at the same building or campus

Working hours - Times

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

The working hours of the engineer - example: 09:00 - 17:00

Working hours - Shift pattern

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

Describe the working pattern of the engineer - example: Mon-Fri, or 4 days on/4 days off

Lunchbreak is paid?

Unpaid

Select if the user's lunchbreak is paid or not

Hourly rate (Normal)

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

The hourly rate of the engineer while in normal working hours

Hourly rate (Overtime)

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

Please describe any rates agreed for overtime. example: x2 after 6pm, x1.5 on bankholidays

Callout Minimum hours

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

If applicable, the smallest amount of hours the engineer will get paid for when being called out 4 hours would mean the engineer gets paid for 4 hours, even when called out for less time

Callout Rates

This is required.

The name must be less than 50 characters long.

A description of the callout rates agreed

Timesheets required (And tablet is organised)

Tick if the user is required to fill in a timesheet - If so, access to a PC or tablet needs to be organised

Usage

Tell us what you need access to; the roles you need, the modules you intend to use and how you want to use the system example: Part of the admin team and need access to Diary, Timesheets, CAP, Quotations etc example: Want to see dashboards, quotations and job history
